Q: DO YOU TRAIN PUPPIES?

A: YES! We train all breeds in all stages! Our private lessons can start with the puppy as young as 8 weeks old, while our Board & Trains start with puppies as young as 16 weeks old. Regardless of which program you go with, we teach puppies basic commands and set owners up with tips for all things puppy: housebreaking, crate training, social skills, etc!

Q: DO YOU WORK WITH AGGRESSIVE DOGS?

A: YES! We have been the “last chance” for more dogs than we can count, and have tremendous success with them!

Q: DO YOU KEEP THE DOGS WITH YOU FOR TRAINING?

A: YES! We have 3 acres completely designed to be doggie Heaven, along with an 800 sq ft climate controlled kennel building. Our most requested program offers the convenience of your dog staying with us to get several training sessions per day, to get the most amount of work done in the shortest amount of time. We are also starting to offer Private Lessons again both at our property as well as In-Home depending on distance from us.

Q: CAN YOU TEACH ME OR MY KID TO WORK WITH THE DOG?

A: WE ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEE to have families involved in training! Regardless of which program you go with, we always have owners involved in the process. For our B&Ts, we do an extensive Go-Home lesson at the end of the program to connect with our owners and give a solid foundation for them to continue with. Private lessons always consist of some working with the dog, some working with the owner, but always the owner working with the dog! Kids are also welcome to participate :)

Q: DOES YOUR TRAINING ALWAYS WORK?

A: Training is like riding a bike: it’s a learned skill that requires repetition until muscle memory takes over. That memory can be lost if not kept up in practice. But it can always be tapped back into! So yes our training is ALWAYS effective but it’s one giant chunk of the entire equation. Owners have to take accountability for their own daily role with their dog. Just like a parent, your presence matters.
