E-collar so we can safely let them into the big yard off-leash while they’re here (only applies if the dog has gone through our training program. We don’t need the charger!)

***WE WILL NOT GIVE ANY DOG SIMPARICA TRIO OR TRIFEXIS PREVENTATIVE WHILE IN OUR CARE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY DOGS THAT HAVE TAKEN THOSE PREVENTATIVES WITHIN 72 HRS OF DROP-OFF.
Services
We charge per day the dog is here, not per night they stay.
We also want you to have the exact boarding experience you want, so we’ve provided add-ons to enhance your service! Bath? Extra training? Basic grooming while they’re here? We do it all!
These prices are the base price per service - if the dog requires more care, price is subject to adjustment from the base price.
basic boarding:
1 DOG - $40
2 DOGS - $70
3 DOGS - $100
4+ DOGS - ask us!
Extra convenience:
Basic Bath + Dry + Ear Wipe - $25
Nail Trim - $10
Training Session (dog has not gone through our program) - $85/per
Refresher Training Session - $50/per
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:
Since we are a family-run small business (with a new baby) from our property, our days for Drop-Off and Pick-Up are Monday through Friday between 10am and 6pm. We can sometimes accommodate outside of those hours but please communicate with us in advance. The work phone is NOT attended after hours or on weekends. If you text us after 6pm on Friday or over the weekend, chances are we will not respond until Monday.
No deposit is required for boarding, however payment is due in full by Pick-Up. There IS a cancellation policy or shortened-stay policy as well. Please review those policies below.
Food is required for the stay! Please bring enough food for the stay when you Drop-Off, otherwise you can have food shipped to us! We will not be able to provide food for boarding dogs if they are staying with us for an un-designated amount of time.
As with everything, we try to be sure to stay communicative and flexible. Please honor our time, as we do yours. A little respect goes a long way! And as always - we want your dog to have a great time with us!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When you schedule boarding with us, we immediately block off your dogs’ space for all of the days you requested! Since we do limit the amount of dogs at any given time, if you cancel on short notice, we cannot fill the space or recoup the financial loss. So, the following applies:
If you decide to cut the boarding stay short, we still require payment for the full amount of days requested upon booking.
If the boarding stay needs to be cancelled entirely within 72 hours of your stay beginning, then we require the entire stay that was booked to be paid for in full.
If your boarding stay needs to be cancelled 3 to 5 days prior to your reservation starting - we require 50% of the stay to be paid.
If your boarding needs to be cancelled outside of 5 days until your stay, no payment is necessary.
